Welcome to my new blog spot. Now to start off, "THANKS"...that's for all of you who have already donated for my 100km run or are planning to do so soon.

Headway East London is a charity that have a base very close to me in Hackney. They help people with an acquired brain injury and people that support them and do some AMAZING work!

As some of you will know, a head injury I sustained the summer before last was something of a lucky escape...this blog is all about helping those, through Headway East London, who have not been so fortunate as result of a head injury.

I aim to keep you all updated with my training towards my 10 consecutive 10km runs through this blog and my Facebook group.

I am off to Thailand this weekend where I will have to further my training in a very challanging climate - I'm sure with the killer scenery I won't even notice the change tho!
