
Also, as part of my training program I will continue boxing training the The Lion Club nr Hoxton Church (http://www.fighterfit.com/). It's great for developing my general stamina and core stregnth which I know I will need to depend on a few days into the 100km. If you've never tried it - try boxing... you learn a lot about yourself and will probably be pushed further than you thought you could go... you also learn a great British art.
