Route 1 is sorted for anyone that's planning to arrange a water grabspot. Pitfield St, over Hoxton Roundabout and onto Whitmore Rd, then onto the Regents Canal heading east until I hit Viccy Park where I'll enter for a full lap. On leaving I'll be hitting the 7km mark where I'll return on the canal side west until reaching Whitmore once again...then onto Pitfield before a closing lap of Ply Pk. I aim to sort a few more routes to keep my ten days mixed up and my distractions from the fatugue to a maximum. A couple will definitely be 25laps of Ply however... on my less creative days.
